Bring safety and accountability into every shift — right in your workers’ hands, on the radios they already carry.
Signs and posters get ignored. WorkSafe makes the radio part of the routine, and doubles as radio inventory control: workers sign in at the start of a shift, answer quick safety prompts, and can call for help silently — while every radio stays accountable to a named person.
How it works
Sign in & accountability
Each worker signs in with their employee ID, so every radio is tied to the person responsible for it. That accountability is a primary use in itself — it sharply reduces lost and stolen radios.
Names, not numbers
From sign-in, the worker’s name shows on the dispatch console and on every alert — security sees “Emergency from Mike Jones,” not “radio 59.”
Safety check-ins
Quick YES/NO prompts — Smelling gas? Wearing your PPE? — answered with a single button press.
Escalate & remind
A NO answer notifies a supervisor by email at once, and safety nudges go out through the shift, such as “check your gas detector.”
Silent help
A button press on the radio — or a TRBOaware pendant — reports an issue silently, even as a whistleblower.
Logged & configurable
Every response is logged; questions, replies, escalations, and timings are fully configurable.
WorkSafe is one of TRBOserver’s many capabilities.
